The BMW staff was very knowledgeable and customer focused. We ordered a new vehicle build from the factory with the expectation that it would take 2-3 months to deliver. It took less than one month. Once notified, Anatoliy worked hard to streamline the process and paperwork so that we could minimize the time at the dealership. The overall experience was commendable. They went above and beyond and i was treated like family. I even left with a few gifts! Noha in finance was very professional and friendly. Even after taking delivery, Agata helped answer every question i had over the phone and went above and beyond. Overall, i had the best experience and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!
