Joel proceeded to work on the specific vehicle we wanted on their lot . Joel was outstanding , friendly, patient , and very knowledgeable .then the sales manager phoned me to get through all the numbers for us to be comfortable . Bill Delp was the sales manager , what a great guy ! He was there to listen to what we were looking for in sales , transferring , and out the door pricing . Bill did an incredible job getting us where we liked to be at on pricing for the vehicle we wanted . Omar was great in the closing the documents and getting everything on paper . Omar was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone we spoke to from sales, financing , parts and the receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, and positive .
