2018 pathfinder purchase Pleasant experience but my car was delivered to me with NO owners manuels and one key. I got no walk around and explanation of how to operate the many Pleasant experience but my car was delivered to me with NO owners manuels and one key. I got no walk around and explanation of how to operate the many options, like something as simple as getting to the spare tire which is mounted under the rear and I have no idea where to lower it. I'm not pleased with the delivery and getting one key is very dangerous. More

The reason for the rating of four is a breakdown of communication at dealership. After my purchase I left the car for detail work to be done as I was promised and came to pick up car on Monday and none of the work had been done. I was not pleased. The salesperson and service department need to communicate better with each other. There lack caused an inconveniences for me. Now the car has to return back to dealership for the detail work to be completed. I was told they would come to the house and pick it up Wednesday. So at this point I will have to wait and see. More

Great experience at Honda Of Ocala I would like to thank Michael Keegan Jr for a great experience at Honda Of Ocala. Michael first asked me what I was wanting out of a vehicle and its I would like to thank Michael Keegan Jr for a great experience at Honda Of Ocala. Michael first asked me what I was wanting out of a vehicle and its primary use, he listened and suggested many options with me. What I loved the most, (unlike other dealerships I have been in) he did not pressure me into anything I could not afford. Michael is friendly, highly knowledgeable and a professional at his craft.
