They are great with diagnosis and repair. Obviously I could complain about the prices being high but that's every dealership. The service advisors are all friendly and informative with any questions I might have. I would say I'm a difficult customer because I used to work on cars so I have decent mechanical knowledge and never ran into them trying to oversell me on services. They have a great pamphlet that accurately outlines your needed service for the milage of your vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the service department overall. I'd recommend them to anyone else because they are trustworthy and knowledgeable. The service manager who I always forget his name deserves a kudos for picking such a terrific team... More

Advantage Chevrolet performed a pre-purchase inspection for me on a car that was available from a non-Chevy dealership down the street. Their inspection was fairly detailed and provided me with the inform for me on a car that was available from a non-Chevy dealership down the street. Their inspection was fairly detailed and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision on whether to buy the car or not. I did have to dig a little when talking to the technician about the condition of the transmission and clutch (since I am out of state, I couldn't drive the car to see if it felt as though there were any wear concerns about such things). Finally, the price for the inspection was higher than any pre-purchase inspection I've had done before. I was pleased with the results of the inspection and the professional interaction with my contact at the dealership. More

Great communication and follow up. Called me and sent me a video of the problems with the car, which i think is great. Called me and let me know the problems, estimate and when my car will be ready.
