would recommend to ANYONE For those that don't want to read the full story here is the short: Hayden Butler was my salesperson and was amazing, he listened to what I wanted for For those that don't want to read the full story here is the short: Hayden Butler was my salesperson and was amazing, he listened to what I wanted for a car, and when that was looking more and more unlikely, made an amazing suggestion for a comparable one that I love! have recommended it to my co-workers and shared with everyone I know, completely worth the drive for a car. here's the full review: Initially I was not looking for a car at all, I was looking for information about where I stood with my car (as far as value vs what I owe, what options were present to me and such). I went to a local dealer (name omitted because this isn't about downplaying them) and had what I will simply put as the worst car experience I have ever had. sales people never once asked me what I wanted and just threw $12000 used cars at me trying to sell them. Needless to say I was frustrated and ready to just be done. I got a phone call a few days later from Ray's CDJR, the lady was super nice and I told her up front that I was not interested in selling the car right now, but she suggested coming down for a visit and seeing what they could do. I figured "why not". I drove the 55 miles down to Ray's and was introduced to Hayden. Hayden instantly took me to his office and began to ask questions to me and my GF, getting to know the backstory behind me and where I was. My initial desires were in the Dodge Durango GT (we had rented one and loved it, looked to buy/lease). ultimately we came to the conclusion that it was not feasible at this time to get one, so I had inquired about the Journey (given its a smaller in the dodge family). Hayden found one for us with the features we liked and the colour that i liked. we test drove it and liked it, despite missing a few features (backup cam and such). we ran the numbers and they gave me a great value for my car and worked it so the payments would be right in my budget. I had some concerns about the journey and it being a 4cy 4speed engine and that i couldn't shake that fear, Hayden looked around for more that were in the 6cy variety but we couldn't find one. after what seemed like another trip heading home with my old car, Hayden suggested the Jeep Grand Cherokee and that they could work to get one in my budget range. we were driven to a separate lot where he showed me the model (in the colour i liked, with all the features i wanted). i fell in love with the car almost instantly, and Hayden and told me the facts about the car and how it was very similar to the Dodge i was asking for. upon asking why he hadn't suggested it earlier, he stated "well you weren't looking at the Jeep, you were pretty set on the Dodge". that statement was amazing to hear, as it showed clearly he was finding stuff to fit my needs and wants first, and suggesting what would fit my desires after. we worked on the financing and i left that night with a car that i loved, in the price i could afford on a lease that i could follow. This was the best car experience i have ever had and i would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone looking to get a new car. Hayden was amazing (and i have to give xxxxxxto the intern assisting as well) and he is the first person i would tell you to ask for if you go. More
