Terrible service. I started with a rep named Pablo. After waiting two hours, a lady came over and told me i should change my filters and i had a nail in my front tire. I agreed to the work. The lady that talked with me was gone and the new lady told me it would be another 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, Karina (an excellent service rep who had worked with me before came over seeing my frustration). I told her the problem and she found Pablo. After venting, he went to find my car and a few minutes later reappeared with my final paper work. Your new system does not work. Three different people I had to deal with to get my car done in a timely manner. 4 Hours to change the oil, put in two filters and fix my tire leak, Thank goodness for Karina's help in finding Pablo. More
