I had already briefly talked with him and told him what I wanted. He was amazing. He explained everything to me. Before going on the test drive, he explained the car features to me. It is a lot to take in and I am still learning almost a month after purchasing my car. Rhett explained the price and then let me make my decision with out any pressure. No managers were called in to "see if we could do something to close the deal". The dealership was clean and bright, my car was held for me while I was on vacation and was sitting out front waiting for me when I got back home and was able to get to Crews. George had everything ready and gave me a "tour" of the features of the car to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I'm anxious to schedule my Love-Encore appointment to see what I didn't know my Outback could do! More
