Professional, timely, no-upsell service I always appreciate a service staff that realizes their primary function is to handle the servicing of my vehicle, and not to up-sell me services I do I always appreciate a service staff that realizes their primary function is to handle the servicing of my vehicle, and not to up-sell me services I don't need or try and upgrade parts on my vehicle to help boost a bonus. I have had quite a few services performed by the staff at Circle Infiniti, I mostly deal with Todd Rovinsky, who seems to know this business better than anyone I've ever encountered. He is always polite, always willing to review the charges and never pushes me into additional items. I have also had the pleasure of working with Ann and Pamela, who are perfectly pleasant, and did a fine job helping me as well. I would recommend servicing your vehicle there anytime! More

Today on a busy monday i called Pam and sai i have been with circle infiniti for about 8 years now and have been using their service department since. Today on a busy monday i called Pam and said because of my crazy work schedule i need to come in at 3 for service and must be out by 4 to get back to work. she agreed without any hesitation, i was in at 3:02, handed over the keys grabbed some coffee and caught up on emails and was out by 3:50 with my oil change, new filters, tire inspection and a full wash. Nothing short of perfect from these people time after time. true VIP experience. More
