It is unfortunate to hear about your recent experience here. After reviewing past emails and history We had offered to get a Gas Card for you although you said Never mind and that you were going to take your business elsewhere. Pam had reached out to you multiple times and offered to come out to your house to go over the vehicle with you and answer any questions. I see that the directions from Ford were sent to you in regards to the Auto Start/Stop. Ford had informed us that we are unable to permanently disable the Auto Start/Stop and that you can do it every time you turn the vehicle on. We do apologize that our New Finance Manager at the time did have you come back to fill out paper work. We do apologize for any inconveniences that you experienced. We do not usually conduct business this way. When unexpected complications arise we do the best that we can to adjust.

Once again you are proving my point. I asked for no response because there is no point, yet you still respond. I never mentioned financing or going over the vehicle features, but you did as an attempt to deflect from your screw ups. Then, you suggest I said I didn't want the gas card which is obsurdly ignorant. Don't misunderstand, none of this is about a stupid gas card which would hardly make up for things. However, I saved all emails and texts and I can prove that I never said "never mind". Besides, common sense would dictate that absolutely nobody would refuse a free gas card. In addition, if you were truly trying to make things right, you would've sent the card regardless. The point is, you guys screwed up on several things and then immaturely try to fabricate stories or deflect from the truth. Now, if you want to continue this back and forth nonsense, I'll take matters to the Ganley family direct, to Ford direct, and cover all social media. Grow up and learn customer service!!!!
