From the first contact, I knew this dealership was different-all knowledge and support, zero hustle. I worked with Pam Verduzco, and she was an absolute GEM! She gave me a great price right off the bat, no haggle. Was exemplary in communication, but no push or pressure-just totally there and supportive and helpful. She secured a fabulous price on my target vehicle, moved mountains to keep the price even though I couldn't get to the dealership for a few days, and totally stayed on top of my needs. I showed up at the dealership and fell in love with a DIFFERENT car, and she was just so gracious- got me the same stellar deal, didn't push or pressure or upsell (the car I loved was a lower-end version, but not once did she try to steer me to the more expensive car). Her whole demeanor exuded-I'm here for you, get the car you want, you need to be happy. Pam was, hands-down, the best salesperson I've ever worked with. I have never used adjectives like 'pleasant' 'enjoyable' 'easy' 'fabulous' in conjunction with car sales, but that was exactly what this was. I worked with kind, knowledgeable people, was offered a killer deal right up front, no negotiating, and then given the time to make sure I got what I really wanted. Jeremy in finance was great-totally knew his product, no pressure, very professional. Getting to this dealership involved a five hour round trip drive, and it was worth every minute. Will never buy elsewhere- a FANTASTIC experience!!!!! More

The Honda and Toyota vehicles are good cars, however I was taken by the Subaru. After seeing, test driving and getting a quote on the vehicle I wanted, I purchased a new Subaru Outback from Elk Grove Subaru. I was pleased with the Sales staff and felt the price was fair. I would recommend Elk Grove Subaru to anyone seriously considering a Subaru! More
