After having great service on my 2016 Silverado at Colonial West just three days prior on a Friday, I had a new Monday morning issue. I called and spoke with Pamela who was able to get my truck in for Colonial West just three days prior on a Friday, I had a new Monday morning issue. I called and spoke with Pamela who was able to get my truck in for what turned out to be a leaking air conditioning condenser. Jackie in service, who has also helped me numerous times in the past, tracked down a replacement unit while providing me a courtesy loaner vehicle so I could get myself to work. I am so appreciative that the service was completed all in the same day while accommodating my work schedule. I realize that same day in & out cant always be the case with all repairs, but if any team can make it happen with virtually no notice and a reassuring smile, it’s the folks at Colonial West. More

A big shoutout to Pamela who worked with her colleague Josh from the parts department to find me the perfect set of tires.and get me scheduled! Pamela is a very pleasant, attentive, customer-facing service business development associate who had the patience to listen to everything I was looking for in tires. After 20 years away, I went to local garage to get truck fixed for inspection. After more than 6 visits and $'s to keep engine check light off, they referred me to local mechanic.
