Kimberly and Anita were great to work with and we have been very happy with our purchase. When it was time to replace another vehicle we didn't hesitate to go back to Subaru of Jacksonville. We worked with Kimberly and Anita again and they were able to locate exactly the vehicle we wanted (2015 WRX Limited CVT). Our dealings with everyone at the dealership from sales, financing, parts and service have been positive and we recommend them to our friends and family. More

100% Satisfaction My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace a truck we did not need anymore. After doing our research and deciding on what we wanted My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace a truck we did not need anymore. After doing our research and deciding on what we wanted we hit the dealerships. We ran into dealers that when called said they had a specific model we wanted only to find out they did not have what we wanted when we arrived or dealerships that wanted all our personal information before they would even talk to us about their on site stock. At Subaru of Jacksonville, Jacksonville FL we were welcomed when we arrived and asked by the salesman if he could help. We told him what we were looking for and he got the model we were interested in for a test drive. After the drive we returned to the showroom where we negotiated the price my wife and I are happy with and apparently the dealership is happy with. All this without the usual pressure to buy that is at most dealerships. Subaru of Jacksonville seemed to be more interested in my wife and I being satisfied with our selection and cost then with just selling another car. More

I corresponded with Phil Porter, Jr. and he promptly responded to my internet inquiry. He arranged for a test drive and thoroughly addressed my questions regarding the vehicle. He was courteous and eff responded to my internet inquiry. He arranged for a test drive and thoroughly addressed my questions regarding the vehicle. He was courteous and efficient in the price negotiation. He presented an exceptional finance offering opportunity which I accepted. Noticing that I had purchased lug locks for the vehicle from the parts department, he offered and arranged for their installation. Since I was from out of town, he arranged to transport the vehicle to my residence and arranged for his return transportation for my convenience. This required 2 additional hours of his time as well as another driver from the dealership to whom I am most grateful. As if this wasn't enough, I noticed this morning that he had filled the vehicle with gas just prior to delivery to me at my residence! The service and customer focus is exceptional. I recommend this dealership highly exceptional. More
