I will have to say the getting in and out of the service department is quicker than any new car dealership that I’ve ever been to; however, it doesn’ I will have to say the getting in and out of the service department is quicker than any new car dealership that I’ve ever been to; however, it doesn’t matter what I get done I can get out of there for under $300. The cost of labor is absurd in every service department no matter what brand you purchase so I am probably just venting, but no matter service is still to expensive at this dealership. Everyone who works in the service department is very polite and helpful as well as being professional in what they do. The waiting area is comfortable and there’s free coffee, sodas and water as well as snacks if you’re going to be there a while. More

While my brothers found this to be hilarious and didn’t miss a chance to humiliate me about it, the people at SoJax were super helpful, and I don’t know why it took me so long to just go there and admit that I lost the key fob.......the parts guy got me the part right away, although my brothers made it seem like it was going to be very tedious.......it was not, it was super easy and non stressful, and I was back in business In no time at all.
