Above and Beyond Service My wife and I came to the service department of Subaru of Jacksonville without an appointment. We purchased a roof rack luggage carrier for our 2019 S My wife and I came to the service department of Subaru of Jacksonville without an appointment. We purchased a roof rack luggage carrier for our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Our intentions were to bring the roof rack home and do the install ourselves. We met with the service manager (Mike) who said that he can install the roof rack for us while we wait. Mike walked us to a restaurant located next door and assured us that our vehicle would be ready when we return from lunch. When we returned to the dealership, our vehicle was ready as promised. The roof rack was professionally installed in short period of time. The knowledgeable staff in this dealership made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. I recommend this dealership for servicing your vehicle. Subaru of Jacksonville gets a 5 star rating from my wife and I. We've been super happy with our decision to buy a Subaru Outback from Subaru of Jax. We were so pleased with the first Outback and the SOJAX team, two years later we bought a second Outback! The SOJAX team is unlike any other dealership's team we've worked with. We bought both of our Outback's from Jerry Johnson, an outstanding salesman. If only all our other sales experiences were like working with Jerry!! Russell Hyatt and his service team are top notch and go above and beyond every time we have questions or need service. Again, we wish all of our service experiences with other businesses were as good as the service Russell and his team provide. In short, if you want a good vehicle - buy a Subaru (from Jerry or any of the SOJAX team,) If you want a good dealership team to support you AFTER the sale, go to Subaru of Jacksonville. Tremendous value for an excellent vehicle We were shopping for a new vehicle and began our search on line. Sydni Munro and Savannah O'Connor provided instant answers to some of the questions we posed. We visited Subaru of Jacksonville and were greeted by Nando DiPasquale. Nando asked a number of questions to be certain that he knew what was important to us. We looked at a couple of models and decided to test drive a Forester. We were impressed with everything about the vehicle and decided to buy. Nando introduced us to Mike McCormack in finance and we completed the purchasing process. We are impressed with our new Forester and we appreciate the way were were treated at every point of our vehicle purchasing process. More

Happy, repeat customer of Subaru of Jacksonville We have thoroughly enjoyed every experience with the Subaru of Jacksonville team. Three years ago, we purchased our first Subaru here, and earlier We have thoroughly enjoyed every experience with the Subaru of Jacksonville team. Three years ago, we purchased our first Subaru here, and earlier this year, we were back for another. We loved our Outback and are absolutely loving our new Ascent. Jerry was, once again, wonderful to work with and it was clear that Phil and the entire team appreciated our repeat business. Even though we live closer to another Subaru dealership, SoJax has earned our business and has a customer for life. Thanks again! More

Easy first Time! I needed a spare key for my 2010 Forester and called the dealer on Friday and they were able to order a key and have it cut for me for Monday pickup. I needed a spare key for my 2010 Forester and called the dealer on Friday and they were able to order a key and have it cut for me for Monday pickup. When I got there the key was ready and I left to go start the car with the new key. It fit the ignition but would not start the car. I went back inside and the parts guy told me I would need to have it programed for $35 at the service dept. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, just go see one of the guys at the service desk. That's where I met Steven, he got the code for my car and went out and programed it himself. He apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for my visit to Subaru of Jacksonville and told me there would be no charge. I was out of there in 10 minutes, but more importantly I know where I will go when I need service for my Subaru. More
