The experience was wonderful. Jim was attentive and straightforward, but not pushy. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Pat and Chris worked quickly and efficiently. After initially being disappointed that the vehicle I had been viewing online was being sold at the exact moment I arrived. I was about to leave until Gerard asked me specifically what I wanted and along wit been viewing online was being sold at the exact moment I arrived. I was about to leave until Gerard asked me specifically what I wanted and along with the assistance of Pat, not only met, but exceeded my expectations. They put me in a later model year of Acura TLX I wanted and also beat the financing plan I had procured with my bank before arriving. Excellent and attentive service, I would and probably will buy my next Acura here. More

Review of Joe Rizza Acura I would like to thank everyone at Joe Rizza. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. A special thank you to my salesman, Bob C. and manager Pat I would like to thank everyone at Joe Rizza. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. A special thank you to my salesman, Bob C. and manager Pat. They were so easy to talk to. They were easy to negotiate with to make my overall price fair. They made trading my old Acura so easy! Thanks again for making my experience a pleasant one!! Just a side note. I had to call about a week after buying the car to ask for assistance as the break lights went on. The alert stated the radar was obstructed to prevent safety features from working. I was not sure what this was all about. I called Joe Rizza and the woman was anything but helpful to problem solve this issue. She gave me no guidance to resolve this issue. I resolved it by my husband doing some online research of the car. Very disappointing encounter with this woman. I would have expected more, at least suggesting to bring it in. More
