When ever we are ready to buy a new vehicle, we always go with Heiser Toyota. In the past we have bought our Sienna, Venza and Highlander and most recently we bought our second Highlander from them and ca go with Heiser Toyota. They are patient, flexible, considerate of our needs and answered all our questions thoroughly. He have referred friends and family and they all speak highly of their experience! Al Hussain took care of me for 4 new cars now. The staff was most accommodating for me who wanted least contact because of covid. All wore masks and kept the desired distance. I was pretty demanding and he was always kind to me. I have recommended this dealership to others. It is located right on the border with Menomonee Falls.
