And he and his staff bent over backwards to be accommodating. The level of trust I have with this outfit is priceless. I recently relocated, but continue my relationship with the dealership, particularly service. I was in the area last week and was able to come by to have a concern checked out immediately, and expertly. This group should be training others as to "how it is done". I consider myself fortunate to be a longtime client. Well done! More

Rude interaction with service department I have had my volvo for a few years and some experiences I have had with the dealership service department have been great, and others not so much. My I have had my volvo for a few years and some experiences I have had with the dealership service department have been great, and others not so much. My most recent experience was horrible! I got a flat tire on the highway and was stranded. Luckily volvo roadside assistance was great, but once I was towed to the dealership it went downhill. I was told over the phone that they would not be able to fix my tire same day because it was near EOB, which is fine, but when I arrived, they looked at me like I was crazy and thought I wouldn't be coming with my car. How else would I have gotten off of the side of an extremely busy highway during rush hour??? And when I asked nicely if they had a loaner if at all possible, the one service associate rolled her eyes at me and acted like it was such an inconvenience. She was not empathetic at all and acted like I was in the wrong. Three people said to me that the tire would be fixed first thing the next morning, but it was not. I had to wait until 10 am to get my car back. They told me I was "lucky" that they could fit me in and that I "should stay away from those pot holes next time." Needless to say I was not pleased with my visit. More

Another Pleasent Visit to Prestige! Once again (can't be a coincidence)--a superb experience at Prestige Volvo! I read a tremendous amount of reviews--it's only fair that I take 5 minute Once again (can't be a coincidence)--a superb experience at Prestige Volvo! I read a tremendous amount of reviews--it's only fair that I take 5 minutes to add some value to the community of reviews (not to mention--my joy of writing). So, I walk in to the service department at Prestige Volvo, and I am greeted with kindness and warmth--kind of like family. I talk with Patrica, and we go over a detailed scope of work; timeline; and costs. They went to work on the car--and it was finished in professional manner, by a nice technician in the shop. It even came out sparkling clean! Sweet! Patricia kindly assisted me with the paper work and told me I was all set with a smile. Walking out and the lady at the receptionist desk kindly told me, "Enjoy the beautiful weather". It is just always a pleasure to visit Prestige and their team! (I would never want to work in the service department, where all Prestige does in there is solve problems for people; some of which, are not very kind when requesting assistance). More
