Jay is the most knowledgeable and patient service guy Experience at prestige Volvo tops any other dealership I have ever visited. Sales folks are straightforward. No gimmicks and no "strategies". They through out flat numbers and the sales manager PJ was not afraid to put it in writing. They gave out the best price that other dealers and even truecar can't beat straight out. Now that's an attitude to win business. Service department is great as well. I worked with Pat and Jay. Folks been very professional and patient. Willing to explain the details. Jay took the vehicle out for a spin with me to explain what's with the car and shared his insights on the vehicle with me which was tremendously helpful. Getting a loaner for the service is also a breeze. All paper work time including waiting was roughly 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealer. P.S. as of Mar 2017, the XC60 are on an unbelievable deal. I have owned a line of Audi and BMW but was still blown away by the performance of a Volvo (especially at the given price). More

The service manager Jay R. is unbelievable and hard to find someone of his integrity, loyalty, honesty and helpfulness in the car dealership market today. He is always present in the department and always readily available for you. He has a finely tuned well run service department. All his employees from :Patricia and the desk, Joe the driver and Andy the mechanic, all are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems here! Jay has earned me as a Prestige customer for the long term and is the reason I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and because of him I will always drive a Volvo. Each purchase I have made has been a pleasant experience from selection to pick up. I highly recommend Prestige in East Hanover. More

Coffee/Tea/HotCocoa and bagels if you want and high parlor tables to sit. If you have little ones there is a small little area for them as well. Sales people are very knowledgeable (I am biased to Lindsey Mastroianni, a total powerhouse and professional). She listens, she knows her stuff, she is awesome. The reception team are great. Everyone is great. It's a relaxing experience. I found the perfect car for me (Or I should say Lindsey suggested the XC60, a model I didn't even know about!) and I am driving around every day feeling sorry for everyone else on the road. ;-) Her follow up was great. She didn't need to check in on me, but she did. Total professional. Loved the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone. More

Prestige Volvo is like family - how amazing is that? I purchased my first XC90 at Prestige 13 years ago. I never thought for even a second of going to another dealer when it was time to get my new car. I purchased my first XC90 at Prestige 13 years ago. I never thought for even a second of going to another dealer when it was time to get my new car. Having had my XC90 serviced there for over a decade, I know everyone there -- and have come to appreciate their honesty, quality of work, and generosity in working with me whenever I came in for service. They truly are like family. (Shout out to Patricia Sommerville, Bob Knott and Jay Rosen!) So when it came time to purchase my new XC90, I went straight to Prestige knowing I would get the best service and the best representation; people working with me to get me the car of my dreams at the best price. Lindsey Mastroianni, my sales rep, went beyond the call of duty to get me the car I wanted in the time frame I sought at the price point I wanted. She spent hours educating me on the vehicle. Her knowledge of every facet of the car is amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car. Overall, I expect to be with Prestige another 12 plus years and recommend them to everyone out there looking for a car dealership that will treat you like family. More

if ever there was cause for celebration I replaced my beloved Volvo V50 with another model, the XC-70 from Prestige Volvo. The car that I leased was gently owned by a "little old lady" and I replaced my beloved Volvo V50 with another model, the XC-70 from Prestige Volvo. The car that I leased was gently owned by a "little old lady" and had been certified "pre-owned".. I've enjoyed the regular service with a smile that Prestige offers me always. The other day I was driving a longer distance and noted a sound that wasn't quite right. I brought it in immediately and was diagnosed with a major repair. Handled with a smile and a free loaner. The repair perfectly done. My Volvo rolls on. Thank you More

Excellence in Service I am in Prestige today for an oil change. I could go anywhere for an oil change. I came here to see the extraordinary employees who are now friends: I am in Prestige today for an oil change. I could go anywhere for an oil change. I came here to see the extraordinary employees who are now friends: Jay, Patricia, and Bob, and Andy. I know the oil change will be done right, with the correct oil, filter, and the correct instruction for my car to return at around 6-7k miles. Other oil change places want me to return in 3k miles. They just don't know my car. Patricia and Bob take personal care of me. Patricia and I share the same taste in music. Bob and I have sons in the military. They always make me feel when I leave that my Volvo is safe, and I know when to return for service. Patricia and Bob introduced me to Andy, the mechanic who answers technical questions for me. Andy puts his mechanical understanding in layman's terms so I walk away knowing my car. My husband and I trust Volvos because they are safe. We bought them for our teenage sons. Our boys have been in one major accident and another time drove through a flooded area that seriously damaged their car. In both cases, Jay personally worked with our insurance company and orchestrated complicated repairs with them. Two engines needed to be replaced, and in the flooded car, all of the interior fabric. I am completely convinced the weight, heft, and the safety of my S60 saved my boys lives on Route 280 when their car hit a drive shaft that was on the road from a garbage truck. We've bought one new car and two used cars from Prestige, and have used their service department for over five years now. They have answered my concerns with grace; Jay has even returned my after-hours call, out-of-state when a light came on my dash that I did not understand. He assured me the car was safe to drive seven hours home and he would see my car first thing the next day. We keep our Volvos for years. Both of our older cars have about 200k miles and we plan to take them to 300-350k alongside Jay, Bob, Patricia, and Andy. Eventually, we will replace them with Volvos from Prestige. More

Prestige Volvo IS THE BEST My Volvo S90 is a 2002. I purchased it new at Prestige and have serviced it only at Prestige. There are 206000 miles on the car and I am going for a My Volvo S90 is a 2002. There are 206000 miles on the car and I am going for a Volvo most mileage record~ Ms. Patricia Sommerville is absolutely the very best whenever she assists me for service. I always receive my loaner car without any trouble or inconvenience.. I live 20 miles away. She is extremely knowledgeable, forthright, detail oriented and can multitask with speed and grace. I have never seen Patricia without a smile on her face and there can be several people waiting for her attention. The actual service performed on my vehicle has always been meticulously documented and explained. And, if a problem is encountered I am called and asked how I wish to proceed. If the car has to remain overnight, I am told well in advance in order to adjust my schedule. The facility is clean, staffed with genuinely nice people and certainly not a madhouse as some dealerships can appear to be (and probably are). There is ample room and staff available to avoid crowding and loud talkers. I love this place. Thank you for keeping my car in tip top shape and safe on the roads of New Jersey and New York.
