Trade in-Volvo #7 I traded in my 2015 Premier S60 for a loaded 2013 Platinum S60. This is my 7th Volvo at Prestige & the service/detail to attention continues to be top I traded in my 2015 Premier S60 for a loaded 2013 Platinum S60. This is my 7th Volvo at Prestige & the service/detail to attention continues to be top notch. The updated facility is beautiful as well. My former salesperson is no longer with Prestige so I worked with Deborah Amster who was recommended to me by Pat Masone the Finance Mgr who is very knowledgeable & helpful in many facets. He has always treated me fairly & makes the #'s work! Deb's hardworking approach, knowledge of the products, and accessibility are second to none. She has mastered the very difficult art of multitasking! Although my 2013 S60 was in great shape, everyone there made sure it was perfect! A special thanks to Jay Rosen & Patricia Sommerville for the extra efforts in getting my "new" car in perfect condition. I would enthusiastically recommend this dealership to all. Lastly, thanks to Matthew Haiken the GM for getting the ball rolling and helping culminate the deal on my new car. More

Ron worked diligently with us and in conjunction with his team to make sure that our needs were met. He was readily available after hours and responded quickly to our emails or texts. If you're in the market for a safe and well designed vehicle stop by Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and work with Ron. If you already own a Volvo and have a technical question ask for Andy...he's got to be the best in the industry. More

Truly Exceptional Experience On the Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving, I found myself 250 miles from home when the light went on saying my car's electrical system was about to On the Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving, I found myself 250 miles from home when the light went on saying my car's electrical system was about to die. I called the nearest dealership(Prestige) and Patricia answered and promised to stay open to wait for me to get there. Matt the mechanic stayed late to fix the car, as did Patricia. They were kind, able and went out of the way to be helpful. Now, when it's time to service the car, we arrange it around a visit to my in-laws in NJ. I completely trust them and they are much more affordable than the dealership in DC. More

Impressed with Service Appointment I called to make a routine service appointment and was accommodated the same day. I had to change my appt time last minute, and ended up showing up an hour later than my appointment, and it was no problem at all. Matt was friendly and helpful and called me while my car was being serviced to let me know I could get the tires rotated without having to replace the tires before my lease expired. I appreciate the honesty and follow-up and that he wasn't trying push any additional services. When I returned to pick up my car, (I believe her name was Patricia?) immediately offered to help me with the service description and payment, and drove my car right up to the service dept door. Everyone in the department had a smile and a friendly hello. When I walked out to my car, I was ecstatic to see it had apparently been washed inside and out! This weekend I had parked under a tree that had rained these sticky berries all over the exterior of my car, and I knew it was going to be a nightmare to get off. The exterior was scrubbed spotless and the interior was vacuumed and immaculate too. Such a nice surprise. Awesome experience, thank you again! Erica More
