Matt at Front Royal Ford is a gem. If you are considering a Ford in NOVA I recommend you make the drive to Front Royal VA and do business with him at Front Royal Ford. I went to a lo If you are considering a Ford in NOVA I recommend you make the drive to Front Royal VA and do business with him at Front Royal Ford. I went to a local dealer first even though their reviews were not great simply for the convenience of driving a few miles to buy a car. If you are like me you have a pretty good idea of what the car should cost. When we got down to the numbers they were WAY WAY off. I found the experience to be insulting. I felt sorry for the sales person to be working for a dealer that kills sales knowing he works off commission. With Matt at Front Royal Ford the experience was the opposite. We talked about it I gave him my target number and we were able to work things out pretty quickly. He text me a detailed breakdown and thats what it was in the end. No games a fair price! Sure I had to drive a little over an hour to get there but the follow day I did and there was no xx when I got there. We took a quick test drive, he went over the technology, filled out the paperwork DONE! In and out in no time. Patricia the finance manager was great too, very pleasant and efficient - I feel confident she took care of the details with the dmv and I don’t have to worry about a nightmare down the road. So if you considering a new car make the drive and give these guys a shot!! More

Found my 2024 F250 Godzilla on Carguru and submitted a request to test drive. Was contacted by Brett within 30 minutes after scheduling an appointment. Three hours later the rest was history and I was driving away in my new truck. From the moment I met Brett, I felt he had integrity and honesty as his main priorities. He was upfront about the trucks previous history and was extremely personable during the test drive and sales process. As I was leaving he took the time to setup the My Ford app and load the truck onto my phone. Whatever his commission was on the sale he deserved it More

I warn everyone to be weary of this dealership. Do not be fooled by the kind demeanor that this sales staff puts on. My parents are Residents of Front Royal. They went into this dealership to look Do not be fooled by the kind demeanor that this sales staff puts on. My parents are Residents of Front Royal. They went into this dealership to look at Bronco inventory. They were shown a 2024 Wild Track that the dealer was looking to move because it was a slow Memorial Day. My parents are typically very savvy. The dealer claimed that they were selling the vehicle at their cost. Here's the thing, they had it on Car Gurus advertised for $4k cheaper than my unsuspecting parents paid for the car. I get that the buyer needs to be on their toes, but this dealership has no problem soaking an elderly couple looking to pay cash for a car. I made my parents aware of this and they were legitimately mad and felt taken advantage of. But when they confronted the dealership it was tough cookies. That is the dealers right, but anyone that is willing to blatantly take advantage of a couple of 70 year olds deserves to be out of business. Take your chances with them if you would like, but they did this to a local buyer that was wiling to pre-purchase their maintenance and buy a 100k warranty. Just soaked them. I wish I could make these Jokers famous. They represent everything that is wrong with America. More
