The SUV I was looking for was on the lot and fairly priced. I had a great buying experience and never felt pressured. Brad helped me make an informed decision and I couldn't be happier. The process was straightforward and transparent and the service level from Raquel was superb. With help from Raquel and Walter Petty, who expedited the delivery, we were the first 2019 SuperDuty delivered and the truck is in service and looking good. I do not write many reviews, but the service from Raquel Nieto deserves a huge shout out. Patrick Cronkhite handled finance transaction details and made sure the process was seamless, transparent and painless. We were finished in a half hour. Thanks to all at Phil Long Ford of Denver who made us feel at home. What a great experience! More

She ordered my vehicle and kept me updated on build and delivery. When I arrived to purchase my vehicle the entire staff was professional and courteous. The experience was very efficient. Phil Long for got me what I wanted for what I could afford I had a good experience at Phil Long ford. I did not know what I wanted but I knew how much i had to spend. Walter Banks helped me find the right car I had a good experience at Phil Long ford. I did not know what I wanted but I knew how much i had to spend. Walter Banks helped me find the right car for the right price. I could not make up my mind so I went back almost every day over about a 8 day period. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me. Walter helped me get it down to 2 cars. 1 I wanted and 1 I could afford. I was able to get the one I wanted for what I could afford. I believe I got a great deal. One thing I did not like happened when I was in the finance office. I asked if there was a way I could pay me loan bi-weekly instead of monthly. They said yes that they had a smart payment plan what i did not hear about was the 695.00$ it would cost to use that plan. So I cancelled it immediately. I could pay monthly thru my bank for free. More
