I actually purchased the wrong Flex last week and went back for the right one a day later. The process was quick and I am so happy about my new Flex! I turned in my other Flex I purchased from here a few years back and drove away with my dream Flex. Sylas was awesome! He is newer to Phil Long and he is doing a great job! When we came back the 2nd day I could tell he had a long day he just seemed tired but it never took away from what he did for us and he had another customer in between us! Sylas is nice and answered all our questions and if we go back for my husbands truck we will ask for him! We also had Patrick in financing twice that week, very nice doesn't seem too pushy on any extra warranty stuff which is my least favorite part of buying a car because they push so much that doesn't actually help you in the long run and Patrick sold us things we could actually use! More

The SUV I was looking for was on the lot and fairly priced. I had a great buying experience and never felt pressured. Brad helped me make an informed decision and I couldn't be happier. The process was straightforward and transparent and the service level from Raquel was superb. With help from Raquel and Walter Petty, who expedited the delivery, we were the first 2019 SuperDuty delivered and the truck is in service and looking good. I do not write many reviews, but the service from Raquel Nieto deserves a huge shout out. Patrick Cronkhite handled finance transaction details and made sure the process was seamless, transparent and painless. We were finished in a half hour. As I am currently living in CT and moving to CO, I worked with Raquel Nieto via phone and internet. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She ordered my vehicle and kept me updated on build and delivery. When I arrived to purchase my vehicle the entire staff was professional and courteous. The experience was very efficient. My vehicle was prepped and ready and Raquel was so helpful in explaining the features of the Expedition. I would highly recommend this dealership and Raquel Nieto. More

Phil Long for got me what I wanted for what I could afford I had a good experience at Phil Long ford. I did not know what I wanted but I knew how much i had to spend. Walter Banks helped me find the right car for the right price. I could not make up my mind so I went back almost every day over about a 8 day period. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me. Walter helped me get it down to 2 cars. 1 I wanted and 1 I could afford. I was able to get the one I wanted for what I could afford. I believe I got a great deal. One thing I did not like happened when I was in the finance office. I asked if there was a way I could pay me loan bi-weekly instead of monthly. They said yes that they had a smart payment plan what i did not hear about was the 695.00$ it would cost to use that plan. So I cancelled it immediately. I could pay monthly thru my bank for free. More
