Litterally, a flawless experience I'm writing this review because I purchased my first brand new vehicle. A 2018 F-150 STX. My attitude walking in was that I just wanted to do fair/ I'm writing this review because I purchased my first brand new vehicle. A 2018 F-150 STX. My attitude walking in was that I just wanted to do fair/ honest business. The name of the sales representative was Andy Kroening. He was a really good guy to deal with. Totally knowledgable and he guarenteed me, before we ever met face to face, that we would get a deal done and we did. I found the truck on an online ad for a really good price while he was grabbing the truck so I could take it on a test drive. I told him there was no point in test driving this truck unless he could match the price. He said, basically, well just take the truck for a drive, don't worry, I'll talk to my manager and we'll get the deal done. And that's exactly what happened. This review is honestly hard to write because the whole experience was litterally flawless. The whole company was just so, professional. I honestly can't even think of one tiny, little bad thing to say about Andy Kroening and all the professionals at Phil Long Ford whom I dealt with. All I can say is that their professionalism and desire to help me get what I wanted was really awesome when you're spending that kind of money. It was nice to feel like they really wanted my business. When I buy my next truck it will be from Phil Long Ford of Denver; and if Andy Kroening is still their as a sales representative then he's definatley the guy I will be working with. Mostly importantly, I can trust Luke to work in favor of my interests, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! His communication with me was was constant and he responded quickly to any requests. Top knotch! Additionally, I was very pleased with the financing process at the dealership. Patrick made every attempt to help me find the best options that fit me!! Bottom line, with all sincerity, I had such a greater overall experience I really do not want to buy vehicles from anyone else in Colorado! I've purchased a few vehicles from dealerships before. No one has come close to the level of customer service and dedication exhibited by Jason Russell, Ash Behrouzi, Tammy Cousar, Patrick Cronkhite, and the rest of the team at Phil Long Ford. I asked for information and in a few minutes Jacqueline Jenkins called. I live 200 miles from the dealership so Jacqueline sent me a video and after a few calls and texts I drove to the dealership to check the Jeep. The Jeep was all I expected and more. All the staff was great to deal with and even found me an extra discount. My trade in was valued lower than I had hoped for but it had some light hail damage. Over all I was very satisfied with the deal. Thanks to Jacqueline Jenkins for all her help and all the staff who completed the deal. More
