Smooth & easy car buying process We were not looking forward to searching for a car at a dealership, as our previous experiences had been awful and a complete waste of time. They showed us the vehicle we actually wanted to see and had there was no pressure at all. They were very organized with getting us through the system once we decided to buy. Their waiting room was comfortable with a tv and a nice fancy coffee machine to use while we waited for our turn to complete paperwork. I actually purchased the wrong Flex last week and went back for the right one a day later. The process was quick and I am so happy about my new Flex! I turned in my other Flex I purchased from here a few years back and drove away with my dream Flex. Sylas was awesome! He is newer to Phil Long and he is doing a great job! When we came back the 2nd day I could tell he had a long day he just seemed tired but it never took away from what he did for us and he had another customer in between us! Sylas is nice and answered all our questions and if we go back for my husbands truck we will ask for him! We also had Patrick in financing twice that week, very nice doesn't seem too pushy on any extra warranty stuff which is my least favorite part of buying a car because they push so much that doesn't actually help you in the long run and Patrick sold us things we could actually use! More
