Amazing experience! I went to another local BMW dealership before visiting Ferman. Ferman felt like family whereas the other dealership felt very corporate and not perso I went to another local BMW dealership before visiting Ferman. Ferman felt like family whereas the other dealership felt very corporate and not personable at all. I love the no pressure approach of Ferman and my salesperson, Pat, was so incredibly patient and didn’t use the typical salesperson tactics to close a sale. The negotiation process was 100% completely stress free. Even the finance guy was simply amazing and focused on my needs. The entire car buying experience at Ferman was pleasant and I highly recommend Pat and Ferman BMW! I’m a happy customer. More

It’s hard to express how appreciative I am for all the help I’ve received by getting into my new car. From my sales advisor Pat to the assistant GM Karl I was treated with kindness and support. When I met with the finance department Joe took care of everything and made the process easy. I even had Paul the service manager help in making sure my transition from one car to the next was easy and done without any stress. I couldn’t be any happier with the entire team! The BMW Genius was amazing and very educated on teaching me how use all the technology within my car. Thank you to everyone! More

Better than expected. I called and went to several BMW dealerships and no one had inventory in stock. A few promised they could get me the car I wanted but they could not I called and went to several BMW dealerships and no one had inventory in stock. A few promised they could get me the car I wanted but they could not make it happen. Ferman hunted down the one I wanted and delivered! More

Great dealership. Excellent products, well presented, in a clean and pleasant space. The Ferman staff worked as team both in advance of and during our visit to give Excellent products, well presented, in a clean and pleasant space. The Ferman staff worked as team both in advance of and during our visit to give us a very positive experience. Our salesperson, Patrick Knutson, was knowledgable about their cars and very helpful. Our sales manager, Brian Pelletier, was similarly knowledgable and brought a bit of welcome humor to the experience. Brian listened to what we wanted and suggested a different vehicle, which was the one we ultimately bought. David Theado invested what seemed to be an unusual amount of his time to our deal in order to make sure we got a fair trade and an overall deal with which we felt comfortable. The whole experience was quick and efficient. More
