Amazing helpful service!! Steve Kramer was very informative and down to earth. He went above and beyond to make sure I got just what I asked for and was extremely knowledgeable. 10,000 mile check up All of our concerns about being in a waiting area for an hour or more were immediately laid to rest upon arrival. We were greeted by Sam, our service All of our concerns about being in a waiting area for an hour or more were immediately laid to rest upon arrival. We were greeted by Sam, our service advisor, outside of the dealership and he answered any ?? we had. The waiting area was spaced appropriately for the corona virus safety first philosophy. The entire store was clean and sanitized, including the restrooms. It was business as usual with friendly, prompt service that also included a visit from Mr. Pat Caballa, always a pleasure to chat with. I am always impressed with the whole experience from purchase through service visits. In fact I would wager that there is not a better place to do automobile business anywhere in southeastern Carolinas. Thanks. More
