Well Almost 15 years now and my second KIA with them. All I can say is "what a great group of folks". I normally work with Sam Weisman in the service area but it was Sam's Saturday off and I had the plea All I can say is "what a great group of folks". Very professional and explained everything to me and some service that are coming up and they gave my Sorento a free wash. Coastal KIA has always gone above and beyond. Mr. Koballa you have a great staff and they really do take care of us your customers. Keep up the great work and yes I highly recommend this service team and dealership! More

Sam in the service department is caring, efficient and very professional. Although there was a small "hiccough" with my service that required a return visit, he explained it well and got the work accompl very professional.
