For a “luxury dealership” I thought the service was poor. The communication was inadequate despite them telling me if I signed up for text, they could keep in touch with me. If my service person was not there, no one could help me. The taillight on my car had a leak, the car was less than a year old. They said my car must have been in an accident which was clearly not true. I didn’t like their attitude. More

Came in with a flat from a pothole, on my way out of town. Patti immediately started getting me scheduled, but did not have a loaner available. She checked with the valets and asked them to let her k town. Patti immediately started getting me scheduled, but did not have a loaner available. She checked with the valets and asked them to let her know if anything changed. While we were setting up service, a loaner came back in and I was on my way. Patti's attentiveness, willingness to go the extra step, and her dedication to customer service played out in full!! I was ecstatic that I didn't have to make a bunch of new arrangements and was on my way with minimal delay. This is the level of service that sets Patti and the Autohaus team above other dealers. More
