I still need clarification! Service was quick and efficient.. Only problem was with paper work. I brought in paper work on Friday, Oct.25. and have not yet heard about the resolution of this issue. I don't remember the salesman, most of our dealing was with Mr. Manly. Buisness Manager was "Bijou" Mr. Manly was kind enough to provide us with a "neighbors "deal. that made car shopping stop at Manly Honda. We are extremely happy with the Odyssey, and with our treatment at time of purchase and with our first service at 5000 miles. More

Buying a used Hybrid 2 hours away Found the car online and called to inquire about it. First person to interact with was John Hathaway and he had knowledge in my situation of, trading Found the car online and called to inquire about it. First person to interact with was John Hathaway and he had knowledge in my situation of, trading in my deceased mothers car and buying a used Hybrid on his lot. I continued to stay in contact with the dealer throughout the week up until I made the purchase. The next person I spoke with was Aaron Katz and he set up the appointment and got the keys to the car from another salesman. I came in the first thing Thursday morning to do the deal. Aaron got me to the point of making sure we had decent numbers for my trade in and on the cost of the car for the length of time on the loan. After a few hours Cory Mcmurray came to finalize the deal and to reassure me that they will be able to take my moms car as a trade in and let me put extra cash down at a later date. Once we got all of that squared away I am happy to say that I am a Chevy Volt Hybrid owner and these guys made sure I didn't drive 2 hours for nothing. Definitely would recommend taking the drive up and see what you can get from them. Great team effort! More
