He and his team go above and beyond to make things work for the customer and to make the buying experience special, exciting and memorable. Once we arrived to pick up the new car, Susan fully explained and demonstrated all of the options and capabilities of the car and answered all of our many questions. Eric helped us with the purchase paper work, explained all of the details, provided us excellent choices, and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the whole process. Susan Ward was also very helpful in explaining the myriad features of my new BMW and has been a great resource in that regard. She made it plain that she's available after the sale to handle any further questions (and I do have some). It's great to have a ready point-of-contact like Susan for follow-up. More
