Paul understood where we wanted to be with respect to trade in and money down and instantly met our requests which made the purchasing process the easiest that I have ever been involved with. When discussing the maintenance contracts and extended warranties both Paul and Jemar were extremely knowledgeable and pointed out options that we had based on both and suggested the best plans for us at the time of purchase and in the future. Susan was excellent in working with our Susan to review the car, explain all of the functions of the car from the navigation to the media to the different driving modes to the operation of the top and what gas to use. The attention paid to me and my family (which included two young children) was TOP notch. Susan's walkthrough was detailed, but not overwhelming.- she actually sold us our first BMW now six years ago, but her current role, suites her well. This was my second time working with Paul and he did not disappoint. His preparation of purchasing paperwork was complete prior to my arrival. His assistance in purchasing the car and answering questions was perfect. Not a detail was left untouched. When we visited the dealership Paul literally had three cars lined up that met the criteria we discussed with him. We made our selection that day.
