I feel like every time I take my vehicle in I have to take it back to get it “fixed” agin. I once had them tell me a noise my car was making was “normal” for a vehicle that had over 60 thousand miles. (I take it back to get it “fixed” agin. I once had them tell me a noise my car was making was “normal” for a vehicle that had over 60 thousand miles. (I kept telling them it was not and had to be a issue with my back brakes). Then 6 months later I had my brakes completely redone. And the noise stopped. I have also had many issue with them not rotating my tires correctly. This has lead to my tires cupping and me having to replace my tires before I should have had to. I used to love taking my vehicle here and now I think after all the issues we have had over the last year with this shop I think it’s time to find a new shop. More
