New Car I bought an Acadia 1 1/2 yrs ago. Had issues so I decided to buy another car. I stuck with the Acadia but upgraded to the Denali and purchased yeste I bought an Acadia 1 1/2 yrs ago. Had issues so I decided to buy another car. I stuck with the Acadia but upgraded to the Denali and purchased yesterday. Paul McDonald was top notch with my service issues - calling me constantly to keep me informed. Rod Tyson was the salesperson I have worked with for several years., He too was top-notch. Sticking with me with questions and showing me many new 2019's that he thought would fit my likes. I did decide on another Acadia but upgraded to the Denali. Rod was so patient, Nathan Loose is the "tech guy" at the dealership. an amazing techy, always willing to answer any question and demonstrate each tech item. He programmed everything in the car to my liking. He took my phone and made everything compatible, I was thrilled to have a "tech"person on site. Nathan, also so patient, while learning the ropes of the new car. Many thanks to all of you for being my "go to" people to help make my new purchase so wonderful. More

Awesome I needed the heat fixed in my truck. Took it to the Ford side of the dealership and found out it was electrical so they needed me to take it to the Ch I needed the heat fixed in my truck. Took it to the Ford side of the dealership and found out it was electrical so they needed me to take it to the Chevy side. They got me in within an hour and I had my vehicle with heat back in less then 4 hours total the same day. The service was amazing and the people were so helpful! I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else but to them ever again! More
