Most salesmen either look like and talk like they don’t care, but Lee was invested in me and wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. I can’t thank him enough. I have always had great interaction with all the employees there from salesman, finance, and even the service department. I won’t go to any other Honda dealership. I haven't had a car payment in some time now and wasn't excited to have one again. Until, that is, I visited Headquarter Honda. We had done some research online and knew exactly which vehicles we were interested in seeing. We were escorted to the vehicles for a test drive immediately. They didn't try to sway us in a different direction or push us to making a deal before we were set on what we wanted. After two test drives we talked numbers which was also a quick and painless process. Our Sales Rep. was Ali and he was wonderful. The whole staff was welcoming and several of them came up to individually introduce themselves paying special attention to my very excitable son! I'm so glad we found them online and made our purchase here. Our family loves our new used car and I look forward to continued business with Headquarter Honda. More

Bad experience with novice or first time car buyer They will give a price over phone and email and when you go there it changes to high. I went there to purchase a red varient crv after a sales call as They will give a price over phone and email and when you go there it changes to high. I went there to purchase a red varient crv after a sales call assuring a great price on it. I went there and the sales person told me that there is no red varient in crv LX. Initially I didn't believe , but from his 'experience' in selling lot of crvs , I thought it's only available in higher trims and I had to settle with another color. Later I realized it will be available in lower trims also after seeing the red varient with some friends . The people here tricks the customers to buy whatever they have in their inventory rather that what customer want. They also tricked in my lease stating that there will be 1000$ dealer fee and other fee which I realized at the end was not correct . They send email stating that $50 gift card for test drive . A BIG lie. I have never seen that gift card after my test drive even after purchasing the car. And the worst part it , they won't return your call if you contact the customer care for any reason other than enquiry for a purchase . Not sure with others, but a bad experience with me More

Awesome staff! Went with my daughter to see Jp to look at the cars with no intent of purchasing however Jp had to leave so he referred us to Lee.
