Every dealership and salesperson we came across were either unprofessional or too aggressive. Needless to say we were getting tired of the car shopping process. However, we stumbled upon a listing from Headquarter Honda and things started out great from the start. We dealt with Erica, a internet sales manager over the phone. She gave us all the information we requested without us even stepping into the dealership. We felt great about the vehicle and decided to make the hour and a half drive to their dealership. Once we arrived we were greeted with complete professionalism from the whole staff. Santana was our salesman we dealt with when we arrived. You can not go wrong with this guy. He’ll bend over backwards to make you happy. We were so pleased with the experience we actually decided to buy a vehicle off the showroom floor that was a certified pre-owned Honda Pilot. It wasn’t even the vehicle we came in for but they made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. The professionalism doesn’t end here. After we buy the vehicle we realized that the floor mats were missing when we got home. (Because the detailer mistakenly forgot to put them back in) I called up Santana at 10:30pm to make him aware. He was Johnny on the spot and assured us he will make it right. So you know what he does? He sends us BRAND NEW, in the wrapper floor mats from Honda!!! The guy is amazing and so is Headquarter Honda!!! More

We met Mike J, and it seemed relight away we connected. He first showed us a beautiful 2016 Honda Odessey with all of the bells and whistles, as they say. If it would have been a 2017, we would have bought that vehicle but preferred a newer Honda.
