Keaton, sales department, and Manny, finance, were great and made me feel comfortable. I did not like that the price was 8k higher from the advertised and was not discussed until the papers were being signe and made me feel comfortable. When I asked the manager why it was so much higher than MRSP, he said that is only if I qualify for XYZ discounts etc. I was never asked if I had any of the qualification or no discussion on how to get the best price. When I voiced my displeasure at how my daughter was treated, lured in with a low ball price, and then told the “actual” price was over 28% higher than the advertised price, Kenny Kobe, the sales manager threateningly got in my face and asked me to step outside, as if he wanted to fight me.
