As always, everyone here at Universal Mitsubishi always goes above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. I called on such a short notice and asked if I may come in as soon as possible and Armen who I goes above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. I called on such a short notice and asked if I may come in as soon as possible and Armen who I spoke to over the phone fit me into their tight busy schedule and to top it off, he was sympathizing with me on wait times (which I totally understand, I was squeezed in as a courtesy) which he did not have to at all, that was extremely sweet and very pleasant. They look out for you and take care of you and make sure you understand they are aware of every little detail. I absolutely LOVE coming here (and I truly don't like most dealers!) This one is EXCEPTIONAL from front desk, to service everyone is extremely awesome and VERY accommodating, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Universal Mitsubishi for any and all of your needs.
