The people at Caddilac Of Norwood are always professional and helpful when our vehicles are there being serviced. Paul at the service desk is great and Frank Mello in sales is always there to assist. I do not understand how, with an appointment scheduled for 8 AM, that it would take more than 2 hours to hear that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and then over 2 more hours to do the work. Why have for 8 AM, that it would take more than 2 hours to hear that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and then over 2 more hours to do the work. Why have appointments at all? I understand that shops can be busy, but when I arrived there were very few people waiting, and as I looked through into the shop itself, it did not seem that there were a huge number of vehicles being worked on. I understand that drop-offs and other vehicles already on-site can contribute mightily to staff engagement with repairs, but my point remains the same. Don't take any "Wait" appointments for anything other than oil changes or computer scan diagnostics. More

Having my vehicle serviced here is always a pleasure. Service availability is abundant and techs are knowledgeable. I usually wait for my vehicle and the wait times quoted are 99.5% accurate! I brought my car in for service for two reasons. First was the tire sensor monitor was "demanding" service and second, I was receiving messages about my brakes at stops and restarts. After an hour or so, I was given a full detailed report as to what was happening and what was needed to fix it. I was told another 2 hours or so to fix it. I asked to be taken to a local restaurant so I could have a late lunch, and I was accommodated both coming and going. Who does that anymore? I have dealt with Jeff, George and Paul, so far, on different occasions and have been treated like royalty each time by all of them! Clancy and Joe were my chauffeurs and very professional. Telephone support staff has been kind, courteous and helpful, too. More
