After bringing my car in for service, I had rear brakes done. A few days later when I tried to use my e-brake, it wouldn’t work. Called and was told tech did not reset the actuator. They offered to pick done. A few days later when I tried to use my e-brake, it wouldn’t work. Called and was told tech did not reset the actuator. They offered to pick up my car, fix it and return it washed and filled with gas. I was happy they did valet, because I live 45 minutes away with no traffic. Car was returned the next day fixed, washed but no gas. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with tech not doing a good job. More
