I almost did not come back because the last time I had a service- it felt so haphazard, and there were a bunch of new people. This time we discovered that the cabin filter was missing! He was going to charg service- it felt so haphazard, and there were a bunch of new people. This time we discovered that the cabin filter was missing! He was going to charge me and I said, but you guys are the only ones who worked on this. He didn't charge.. but this makes me a bit worried about what else wasn't taken care of! More

After wasting 3 hours getting it towed into the shop, I was charged $250 to diagnose a problem that was very likely caused by their own labor: loose bolts on the starter from a previous service. Would have was charged $250 to diagnose a problem that was very likely caused by their own labor: loose bolts on the starter from a previous service. Would have been cheaper to replace entire starter under warranty for $100 deductible but they insisted on higher price for lower service. Didn't apply agreed-upon discount promotion to final cost. Generally frustrating experience. Sales dept. reduced already-low buy-back offer while car was in for service. Ultimately sold my car to Carmax the next day and will thankfully not deal with Subaru again. More

Everything went very, very well. I had been told it might take as long and would not be completed until mid to late afternoon. Everyone I've dealt with from those in the sales department when I bought the car a year ago, to those I've met in the service department are all Class-A! More
