Other places that I had interest with a vehicle sent acknowledgement and then followed right up with a phone call multiple times. When I went to Ferman on my own Pete was ther to greet me and I advised what vehicles I had interest in test drove and answered my questions and once done allowed my wife and I to decide which one and did make it enjoyable with a few chuckles in there with option Red or Blue the colors. There was no pressure. We chose and then even Scott who finalized everything for financing did not try to over sell me with anything extra just basically said call later when I can add the extra on.
