He spent time explaining all of the different available features to help me decide which was the right one for me. Also, this purchase was so different from other experiences that I've had and the other dealerships that I visited. Scott was patient, knowledgeable, honest and even funny.....crazy to say but, I really enjoyed being at the dealership. He even ran it through the carwash himself when I stopped in with question this week....and I didn't even think it was dirty. :) Bravo to you Wilde for providing such a different experience for the customer. I had a few questions/ concerns before making the 100 mile trip to test drive/ buy the vehicle. Every time I called with question, Erica followed up with an answer, either on the spot or a few hours later. Peter in finance walked us through the financing process. Again, my wife and I had questions on different options. Peter was very patient with us and found us a great rate, better than the rate I had set up with our local credit union. Overall, a very positive buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

As soon as Conor got involved in this debacle I was having from my old car, it was as if night turned into day. He went out of his way before even talking to me to research some possibilities similar to my old accord. The family of co-workers from service techs to the managers were all very accommodating and helpful. Everyone is very knowledgable about what they do. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Val, an amazing woman. She was more than helpful in getting me the prices I needed and letting me know the other possibilities I could take to fix my old car. I can't say enough about what a fantastic experience I had buying a car with Wilde East Towne Honda. I didn't feel pressure from anyone. They treated me as a number one client even though I wasn't buying a top dollar, brand new car. I will be purchasing from this team for years to come. The way she handled the pricing of the car and trade in value was very professional and allowed us to movie forward with the purchase. Janet even took it a step further by having the car prepped and on the show room floor with a Big Red Bow as it was a Christmas present for my wife. I also have to say that finding out that the car came with free popcorn and car washes for life is a wonderful perk.. I will be replacing my car in the next couple of years and I will definitely be back to see Janet & Wilde. More
