I just leased a 2022 Honda Civic from Wilde East Towne Honda and couldn't be any happier! This is actually my 5th lease through this dealership, previously had a 2013, 2016, 2017 and a 2019, all Civic EX' Honda and couldn't be any happier! He's very knowledgeable and his no-pressure approach is refreshing and appreciated. Peter Bothe helped to make this deal happen and is always pleasant and welcoming whenever he sees me. When we drove up we were immediately greeted by a very pleasant employee at the door. Then Peter and Tony greeted us. Tony is very professional and easy to work with. He went through the checklist for the new vehicle. Once we were done initially with Tony, we met with Kenn in the finance department. He was very outgoing and went through the paperwork quickly. We talked about our upcoming vacation in which Kenn previously visited. He gave us some good tips. After Kenn, we returned to Tony and he walked us to our new CRV. He went through the pairing of the phones and showed us the new features from our Civic to the CRV. Tony, Peter, and Kenn are pros. I have recommended Wilde to people who are looking for new vehicles. I will continue as the people of Wilde are first class. Thank you! More

Went in for routine service on my HRV. Was met by Taylor--I told her my lease was up in 2 months and wanted to speak to someone about what my options would be at that time. She was very pleasant, and Taylor--I told her my lease was up in 2 months and wanted to speak to someone about what my options would be at that time. She was very pleasant, and took me straight to the top man--Peter. He spent probably an hour going over options and was very honest what the (limited) options were given the lack of available new cars. However, that didn't stop him from finding one for me, and with the increased value of my trade-in, my monthly lease cost is now $112 less! Peter then took me to Leticia for the specifics of getting the car, doing the paperwork, etc. When I picked up the car, even though I was getting essentially the same car (HRV) as I'd had, Leticia patiently spent time going over some of the specifics of the car, SHE programed my radio stations while I was meeting with Erik going over the finances, she helped pair my phone, etc--she knew the car well (which hasn't been the case sometimes in the past with other sales people at other dealerships). My experiences with Taylor in service, Peter and Leticia in sales, and Erik in finance was outstanding--stress free, even with the shortage of cars. Thank you all 4 of you! I'll be back in 3 years when my lease is up! More

Great experience! I needed a new car and Tony exceeded my expectations. Tony had an answer for every one of my questions and even kept great conversation while we waited for everything to be finalized. Ken, expectations. Found the car we loved, but had some shipping delays due to COVID. Besides the longer-than-normal wait time with the car building process … we were finally able to drive away in our new Honda CR-V this past to COVID.
