My experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the line vehicle off the showroom floor. I was treated courteously from the girls at the reception desk, to the salesman on the floor, to the parts manager in the service department. Peter Korallus, the owner, even took the time to come out and show my son a few hockey tips. Time he did not have to spend as I had already purchased the car. I will without a doubt buy my next car from this dealer. This was on the heals of being treated very poorly by a dealer across the street who apparently have a distinctly different philosophy on selling cars. I will never buy a vehicle from any McGrath dealership. When I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks later, Infiniti took steps to get the problem corrected immediately and once again acted like the first class dealership that they are. Even the gentleman vacuuming the carpets in the service area went out of his way to smile and open the door for me as I walked through. More

When I first entered into the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist who then introduced me to Jeff Walker. My first interaction was with Jeff was extremely positive. After that, Jeff was extremely supportive of my decision making process, he built further credibility of the Infiniti value and brand. The pricing negotiation was fair and balanced. The final purchase process with Jacob and delivery with Assad was flawless. Overall, I give the dealer experience an A+. More

The level of service that we received during the purchase of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Peter Korallus (who we later found ou of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Peter Korallus (who we later found out was the owner) and he introduced us to Jeff Walker. We described to Jeff what we were looking for in a car and he said he had just the car for us. Sure enough he did and around a G37XS. After the test drive we sat down with Jeff and he went over the benefits that come with buying an Infiniti. Although we told him we weren't purchasing a car that night, he was kind enough to stay late to answer the questions we had. Sure enough we were back that Saturday and purchased the car. Jeff is a straight shooter which made the purchasing process very smooth and enjoyable. He saw the deal through from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We worked with Jacob Lubinski to wrap up payment/warranty and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership was modern, clean and provided great hospitality. I would highly recommend friends and family to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and especially Jeff Walker! Thanks again!!! More

Bob Polanek was very helpful in our research and purchase of a used SUV. He provided us with information that allowed us to narrow our choice of vehicles that we were considering to the two models that made of a used SUV. Ultimately Bob and Infiniti of Clarendon Hills were confident enough in the value of their service and ability to provide us with purchase options to consider that they did not apply the buying pressure that one frequently gets from a dealership once they get your name and phone number. Instead Bod understood that we should look at vehicles advertised by other dealers. Because of Bob's professionalism, we decided to purchase our vehicle from him rather than engage other dealerships that were advertising the exact same vehicle with similar low mileage at lower prices. Our confidence in Bob and the dealership was rewarded after we closed the sale when we received training on the setup and use of the many options from Assad Hamzeh after being welcomed as a customer and thanked by the owner, Peter Korallus. Bob was a great sales guy - very knowledgeable, friendly, took great care of answering my questions and spent lots of time with me. Bob and Joe worked out the right price for us though the market was hot and they didn't have to. They wanted to make sure we are taken care off and earn our business. Peter is friendly and takes care to get to know all of his customers. Jacob took great care of our finances and was very friendly. I enjoy visiting this dealership for maintenance and car washes and to say hi to everyone. More
