At first we was dealing with Jeff Walker and it was a very unpleasant experience and put a very bad test in our mouth, this was our first time at the dealership. However, Andreas Korallus save the day. He heard and listen to our concerns about the other sales rep and made sure we had the best services. He told us that he was a newer sales rep but based on his knowledge about the car that we was purchasing and his super superb customer service, you would have thought he had year’s experience. I will most defiantly refer others to him and the dealership and I will defiantly purchase again from him. Andreas Korallus went over and beyond to make our experience great and also made sure the car was perfect from scratches etc. before we surprised our son. He stated that he wanted to make it perfect for our son and for that I am most grateful. My son loved the car. We also will like to thank Peter Korallus for stepping in and handling the situation that we encounter with Jeff walker and Bill Harris for getting my paper work done in a timely matter as well as Andres Cordero for explaining to me different products I can add to my car. Thanks Diondre and Sharonda Sweezer More

A breath of fresh air over other dealerships. I went into this dealership several times and even though I explained I was just looking and that I really wanted a BMW 650i they answered my question I went into this dealership several times and even though I explained I was just looking and that I really wanted a BMW 650i they answered my questions and talked to me over 5 hours over 3 days. They showed me why Infinity was a better choice and on the third day they told me just to test drive anything and I would be happy so I took the coupe out. I was hooked from the start. I asked what color combinations they had and they didn't have what I was looking for in my price range but They were all well priced. My salesman Garrett was a great guy to deal with and very patient. I have been to over 62 dealerships in the last month and this is the first time I felt like I was someone special. Like I was in the family. Peter was great too. Had a lot of fun talking with both of these individuals. I would recommend this place even though I didn't get a vehicle. More

That was not my experience at Initiniti of Claredon Hills. In fact they went out of their way to make my family and I feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and reiterated that if I had any additional questions to stop in or call them. If you are in the process of looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Peter Korallus Thank you kindly for everything - from your friendly staff to your warm greeting. You and your staff never fail to everyone's expectation as I myself Thank you kindly for everything - from your friendly staff to your warm greeting. You and your staff never fail to everyone's expectation as I myself gets blown away. Whether it's for parts purchase or either in terms of service needed for our vehicles. I truly believe that it is through managements guidance that any business succeeds, from your sales executives, to your front desk down to your service staff that they know how to acknowledge, greet and treat every individual that visits your facility to the highest level of expectation. You indeed place them under your wings with excellent guidance. Thanks Pete Korallus and to the rest of your team at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills ! Kudos and keep up the good work ! More
