Greg helped us pick out a new SUV. We originally wanted the larger Q80, and based on our needs he actually recommended the Q60. We could have afforded it, but he didn't see the need. Usually car salespeople will do anything to create a larger sale, but Greg didn't do that. Great experience, no pressure to buy, and we ended up buying the Q60. I'm in the market for another car, and I'm definitely going back to see how Greg can help. Outstanding customer service. Thanks! More

The dealer was very accommodating, providing me a loaner that was similar to the make and model and age of the vehicle I brought in for service. They followed up with me after the service was complete to h that was similar to the make and model and age of the vehicle I brought in for service. They followed up with me after the service was complete to help me understand why the problem occurred and what had been done to fix it. I provided 4's rather than 5's to two questions, and that was based on the fact that while they had my car in the shop for a longer than usual period of time, while they waited for Infiniti to provide parts to resolve my issue, it would have been nice to have received an email or phone call once a week to let me know the status. Overall, though, given the situation, my experience with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was very good. More

Peter, Joe, and Anna were all very friendly and accommodating to my service needs as well as my interest in trading in my G37 with them. When we decided to buy Infiniti JX35 we immediately decided to find the best dealer in the whole country to get the best buying experience and we did find one and that is Infiniti Clarendon Hills. The moment we stepped into the showroom its world class facility. The Sales managers like Jeff Walker and Bill Mularkey received us with wonderful reception. We also had a chance to meet Peter (the owner) who was the primary reason for buying our car from them. He helped us tremendously in our decision to buy our JX from them. Every staff at this facility are professionals and are very confident group with vast knowledge. It was pleasure buying our JX and we are very happy about this. We are enjoying our JX on our everyday ride. Without a second thought i would highly rate them and recommend them to our friends and family. More

My experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the line vehicle off the showroom floor. I was treated courteously from the girls at the reception desk, to the salesman on the floor, to the parts manager in the service department. Peter Korallus, the owner, even took the time to come out and show my son a few hockey tips. Time he did not have to spend as I had already purchased the car. I will without a doubt buy my next car from this dealer. This was on the heals of being treated very poorly by a dealer across the street who apparently have a distinctly different philosophy on selling cars. I will never buy a vehicle from any McGrath dealership. When I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks later, Infiniti took steps to get the problem corrected immediately and once again acted like the first class dealership that they are. Even the gentleman vacuuming the carpets in the service area went out of his way to smile and open the door for me as I walked through. More

When I first entered into the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist who then introduced me to Jeff Walker. My first interaction was with Jeff was extremely positive. He asked the right questions and got me to look at the right car that met my needs. It was the M. I then test drove it. After that, Jeff was extremely supportive of my decision making process, he built further credibility of the Infiniti value and brand. The pricing negotiation was fair and balanced. The final purchase process with Jacob and delivery with Assad was flawless. Overall, I give the dealer experience an A+. More
