Best deal with in 1200 miles So over the last three weeks I've been in and out of this dealership right by my house but I've also looked at other cars within the 1200 mile radius. So over the last three weeks I've been in and out of this dealership right by my house but I've also looked at other cars within the 1200 mile radius. I've tried to call people and have them do over the phone appraisals and deals and I always felt like I was getting nickeled and dimed. Peter who is the manager there saw me on there on the third week and asked me why I was in pulling the trigger on a car and I told him what my goal was and then I was trying to start a family with my girl and I needed to pay off my car. Peter stepped up to the plate and actually paid off my car completely on the trade and gave me a Q 50 sport below market value at the same time. The next closest deal was 500 miles away in Georgia and it cost $2000 more. This dealership really took care of me today and I couldn't be happier . Jake really stepped up to the plate in finance and was able to get me a lower rate through a bank that I was already associated with. It's took a little time but he was able to get it done because I was not putting any money down. Found the car online through Andreas through a car club. I'm top of everything I actually met a really cool guy name Henry in the service department that specializes in aftermarket body kits for my Q 50. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership to customize my Q 50 sport Anna in-service is very upfront and overall a very pleasant person to help you with your service. Out of all the service people there she would be the one I recommend you talk to. More

John Mekheil started to first help me in August when I decided to get a new 2 This is the 5th Infiniti I have bought from Infiniti pf Clarendon Hills. John Mekheil started to first help me in August when I decided to get a new 2017 Q60. John kept me up to date with emails and phone calls of when my car would arrive. When it did arrive John had the difficult task of workiing within my budget while trading in two cars. The owner Peter and Salea GM Joe worked to get my at a great payment. They spoil you for any other dealership and make you feel like part of the family. Thanks John! You have gained a customer, fan and friend. At first we was dealing with Jeff Walker and it was a very unpleasant experience and put a very bad test in our mouth, this was our first time at the dealership. However, Andreas Korallus save the day. He heard and listen to our concerns about the other sales rep and made sure we had the best services. He told us that he was a newer sales rep but based on his knowledge about the car that we was purchasing and his super superb customer service, you would have thought he had year’s experience. I will most defiantly refer others to him and the dealership and I will defiantly purchase again from him. Andreas Korallus went over and beyond to make our experience great and also made sure the car was perfect from scratches etc. before we surprised our son. He stated that he wanted to make it perfect for our son and for that I am most grateful. My son loved the car.
