My initial visit was to diagnose and confirm my observations. The service writer was very thorough in keeping me up-to-date on how things were progressing. Good service! Got my truck in without an appointment which was great but didn't get finished with the service job so had to leave my truck overnight which sucked. The people are great and the facilities are top tier. Price of the service call was in the range of what I was expecting and knew going in it was going to be higher since I was at a dealership. More

Absolutely a great company to deal with on any items for my vehicles, The employees are always willing to help and speak directly to you as needed. I have been dealing with this JC Champion now for 20+ yea my vehicles, The employees are always willing to help and speak directly to you as needed. What ever you pay your service manager Mark Leonard, it's not enough. He makes you feel like family and is a wonderful representative for your company.
