I worked with Jake on the purchase, and he too was extremely helpful. In about two hours we identified a vehicle, negotiated a price and nailed down the financing. Mohawk had their remote buying process perfected! On pickup day, things went very smoothly. Prince gave a thorough walkthrough of the car’s features. We meticulously walked the car too for any issues. We spotted a slight paint imperfection from the factory that’s being taken care of next week. The staff did a great job detailing the car! Lastly, was a pleasure to work with Mike to finalize the financing and paperwork. He was thorough and his knowledge of the warranty options was super helpful - ended up getting the tire, wheel, dent and key fob coverage. All around great experience! More
