My long term experience with Maita Toyota has been very positive. While the parts and rates for labor are shockingly expensive, the quality of service balances it out in the end. We sat there for 3 hours just for them to tell me they needed to order a part. Really for the eyeglass holder they should have see that within 15 minutes it is not like it is a mechanical part that they needed to order a part. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change ( and reported that there had been a leak since my last oil change 5.000 miles before) and asked that the problem be corrected. My service has always been done at that there had been a leak since my last oil change 5.000 miles before) and asked that the problem be corrected. My service has always been done at Maita since the vehicle was purchased new from Maita. After several long hours I was notified that the vehicle must remain overnight to fix the oil leak. I was told a "Master Mechanic" would correct the problem. I waited all day for the phone call that the vehicle was ready, but did NOT receive one, so I called and was told that "someone" had called me (which I never received). Now that I have been driving the vehicle and was assured that the leak was fixed, the oil spots on my driveway tell me a MUCH different story. Having a vehicle that had 288,000 miles on it (WITH NO OIL LEAKS) and now it leaks every day. I have work much of my life with mechanical things, and know enough to say " if the job is done RIGHT, a leak can be STOPPED." Needless to say, I am extremely annoyed that my vehicle is making a huge mess on my driveway. More

The staff was really helpful in getting me transportation with my big dog. Everyone was friendly and the job was done efficiently.
