Service advisor entered our mileage in incorrectly. Number should have been 122272. Also entered in Carfax incorrectly. Hopefully this will be corrected before our next service. The group was very helpful in my case. In order to access the fuel pump for replacement we had to remove the drawer system from the back if my suv. So 4 staff members help me move it and set a plac access the fuel pump for replacement we had to remove the drawer system from the back if my suv. So 4 staff members help me move it and set a place in the shop to store it while the work was done on my car. That was awesome service. More

Been coming here for quite some time now initially with my Tacoma and now with my RAV4. I have to say that this latest visit wasn't the best because of the time it took for a routine oil change (nearly 4 h my Tacoma and now with my RAV4. I have to say that this latest visit wasn't the best because of the time it took for a routine oil change (nearly 4 hours this time), but as expected the service was thorough. Also it was disappointing that the car wash was inoperable. Qerim was friendly enough and knowledgeable, but unlike other service advisors he did not keep me posted on the status of my vehicle. I had to inquire with him myself whereas in the past I've received text messages as the service progresses. After not hearing anything for three hours I asked him how much longer it would be. He indicated he would let me know but I was eventually called to the counter by a different advisor for checkout. This made me wonder if my car had been sitting there completed and I was lost in the mix somehow. I still plan to come here for service next time but if I encounter a similar experience I may look to another Toyota service center. More

I've always been loyal to Maita Toyota, but I was surprised at how nicely you rewarded that loyalty. When my Avalon's dash symbols misbehaved (probably my fault) you discounted the rental car fee an surprised at how nicely you rewarded that loyalty. No problem with my car, and I'm even more impressed with Maita. More

Took Truck for 60k mile service. When service advisor called to tell me the truck was ready I asked him if there were any issues or items that needed immediate attention. . He said nothing was noted and called to tell me the truck was ready I asked him if there were any issues or items that needed immediate attention. . He said nothing was noted and no other repairs needed. When I picked my truck up and read the service report it was clearly noted in the inspection notes the back brakes needed to be replaced. Advisor said nothing about this. More
