We found the perfect car on Car Gurus, so it was at a dealership in the same state but 6 hours away from where we live. The dealership was unwilling to help with the cost of delivery. Ok. Fine. Then the business manager quoted us a great interest rate (we have excellent credit). Great! So we agree to the deal. About 4 hours later nothing has happened. Then the salesman asks if we filled out the paperwork. Shortly after that the business manager calls back apologizing for giving us the wrong interest rate saying something ridiculous about if it’s an e-signature we can’t go through the original bank for the loan with the good interest rate. The bank we have to use will only give us a rate 2.8% higher! We offer to come to the dealership ourselves to pick up the car and sign the paperwork to get the better rate, but for some reason, that won’t work either. After a lot of back and forth they come down to 1% higher than the original agreement. We were aggravated but it basically added $6/month to the note. So the car is delivered ($600 out of pocket for us) 2 days later. There are 2 large scrapes that were very poorly patched on the back hatch. And the tint on the car is probably illegal. Neither of these things were disclosed, despite them sending us very thorough videos of the car that were taken the day we made the sale. More

I made an inquiry about a vehicle's availability and pricing. I received an invoice that included a surprise "Reconditioning fee." When I asked what services were performed (e.g., tire replacement, transmission fluid change, brake pad replacement), I was informed that only an oil change had been done and that the fee was non-negotiable. The sales representative, Kevin, suggested that I look elsewhere if I was not satisfied with the terms. This dealership's lack of transparency, integrity, and failure to honor the advertised sale price is concerning. I recommend thoroughly reviewing all documentation and comparing prices before making a purchase here. More

A trade in of my vehicle resulted in me buying a used vehicle w a Acura SAFETY recall that may render the vehicle unsafe to operate and inoperable w a severely damaged motor; with possible crash and/or f vehicle w a Acura SAFETY recall that may render the vehicle unsafe to operate and inoperable w a severely damaged motor; with possible crash and/or fire hazard risk. (NHSTA) (note: w STOP SALE directive to Acura dealers). My salesperson Keven provided a Carfax to me as I requested with the recall noted (Feb 9, 2023). He remarked that it was a very nice one owner car, w low miles and a very good service record. I acknowledged his remarks but I DID NOT take note of, nor review and research the safety recall myself. Keven faithfully did what was asked of him. He is NOT at fault. My complaint is NOT with my salesperson KEVEN but w RC Hills management placing this car for sale with a noted 10 point safety inspection (sticker one window) but NOT disclosing the NHSTA safety recalI. RC Hill serviced and offered call for sale in mid April 2023; 1 1/2 months after the safety recall was notified to CARFAX in February 2023. Maybe RC Hill should have placed this car on the wholesale market while Acura managed the safety recall of this vehicle; NOT expose it to retail buyers. I needed a reliable safe car and was NOT sold one. My advice to buyers; ask for and receive CARFAX reports, read them carefully (I did not) and research any recalls before purchasing a used car. I will NOT shop for a vehicle at RC Hills Mitsubishi in Deland ever again. And I will not refer customers/friends to them. Very frustrating. It could have been a better experience if RC Hills management was looking out for the customers first best interest; owning and operating a safe vehicle on and after the day of purchase. Do your homework at home, don't wait til you get to the dealership. More

They were the best of all the dealerships I went to. The price was exactly as posted no hidden costs. They went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and at the right payments. The dealership does not have sales men, so I never felt they were trying to take advantage of me like at a previous dealership. The financial manager was also a veteran and made me feel respected and comfortable. The vehicle was so clean, and I can tell they did an excellent thorough cleaning detailing of it. The dealership building was clean, and felt comfortable. It smelled amazing in there. Matt was efficient and thorough and seemed like he enjoyed his job, if I would buy again from them and recommend them 100% to anyone who wants a true car buying experience without the hustle and pressure.
